Baptisms. 1. 1831 Nov 11 GARDE, Margaret Gumbleton daughter of RichardDavis & Diana of Rosehill. 2. 1834 June 5 GARDE, Susanna daughter of Richard Davis and Dianaof Rosehill." 1855 Fri 20 July .." On 17th inst at Mespil Parade, Dublin Richard DavisGARDE late of Rosehill in this County Esq. in the 70th year of his age.." (Southern Reporter, Cork.)
